Universal mounting glue

Application

Yutra universal assembly adhesive is a one-component adhesive based on pure polymer dispersions. Designed for assembly and finishing works. It is characterized by excellent adhesion to construction substrates. The adhesive is intended for attaching finishing elements (rosettes, strips and beams, panels) made of polyurethane foam (PUR), wall cork, polystyrene (EPS) and extruded polystyrene (XPS) to building substrates made of concrete and cement mortars, ceramics, OSB boards, etc. inside buildings.

Substrate preparation

The substrate must be clean, load-bearing, free from dust and dirt and free from grease.
Remove remnants of previous glues and paints. Sandy, porous and very absorbent substrates should be primed with strengthening agents. When gluing elements made of materials not mentioned, it is recommended to perform an adhesion test before application.

The glue is ready to use.

How to use

Apply the glue with a manual or pneumatic sealant gun. Apply the glue in strips, leaving spaces between them to ensure air circulation. Apply the glue strips to the element or substrate to be glued, and then press the joined surfaces within 10 minutes of applying the glue.
Smooth the joints with a solution of soap and water before a skin forms. The open time at a temperature of 23 ± 2 °C and a humidity of 50 ± 5% is 15 minutes. Complete hardening takes up to 7 days at a temperature of 23 ± 2 °C and a humidity of 50 ± 5%.

The minimum layer thickness should never be less than 1.5 mm.

Transport and storage

The glue should be transported in original, tightly closed packaging, in covered means of transport, in a way that protects the packaging against mechanical damage and protects against direct exposure to weather conditions at temperatures of 5-25°C.

The glue should be stored in tightly closed, original and labeled packaging, in dry, airy rooms, at a temperature of 5-25°C. Store away from heating devices, sparks and open flames, in a way that ensures safe storage and unchanged technical properties. Protect from direct sunlight.
The expiry date is indicated on the packaging.
